As a team lead, the candidate would work on providing salesforce.com implementation support to clients on various high-complexity problems in the pharma/life sciences domain while also leading a team of 8 to 10 members.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of experience with salesforce.com implementation
- Experience in managing/mentoring 6 to 8 team members while providing necessary mentorship/
- guidance for the team’s growth
- Experience in leading mid to large-sized projects in driving end-to-end activities to meet set milestones
- Experience in leading/contributing to business development activities would be good to have
Implement Salesforce (SFDC) Projects:
- The candidate will be a strategic partner for customers; helping them shape commercial strategies based on robust analytics and data-driven insights
- Lead the team consisting of Specialists, Developer, Operator, etc. to solve business problems and lead end-to-end delivery of a large-sized project
- Drive the solution design with the support of developers and lead analysts
- Work with lead analysts to ensure the proposed design/ architecture, and deliverables meet the client’s expectations and solve the business problem with a high degree of quality
- Actively lead and drive unstructured problem solving to design and build complex solutions, tune to meet expected performance and functional requirements
- Drive the end-to-end testing and deployment of the developed system using the change management protocols established on the client side
- Drive and guide the team in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, and other documentation to enable excellent quality outputs within the function across the project lifecycle as appropriate
Feasibility and ad hoc analysis: Drive and guide the team on feasibility and ad hoc analysis of data and technology for the BI system as requested by the client stakeholders under the guidance of the immediate lead Work with client stakeholders to collaborate and partner across avenues outside of the regular project work to lead innovation Work with managers in actively leading business development activities
Mentor Junior Members:
- Support in recruitment and onboarding of new team members within the organization

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities & Key Traits:
- Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of the Salesforce.com solution
- Experience in Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debugging, implement, and supporting Salesforce.com application and integrations.
- Expertise in designing & implementing APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing APEX classes, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, Process Builder, Triggers, Templates, and Web Services
- Expert in Lightning components
- Certified Sales Platform Developer I
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, or similar tools
- Experience of managing a Production CRM support team following the best practices when architecting, programming, or documenting solutions.
- This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same
- Experience in assisting in resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation, and/or outsourcing initiatives
- Experience in working closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors, and other technology teams to ensure appropriate
- infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies, and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment
