We have an urgent opportunity for Regrinding Technician (CNC Grinding Machines) position with a Swiss Based Global Leader in providing surface, additive manufacturing, and polymer processing solutions and services
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute the daily shift as per the Production Plan, Assure quality of regrinding Product delivered.
Operating CNC grinding machines and all supporting machines.
After regrinding – Prepare the inspection report for required customers.
Preventive Maintenance of all m/cs.
Tool programming and execution on CNC grinding machine.
Monitor the KPI’s and plan accordingly to keep it in control.
Monitor consumable usage in regrinding dept.
Fixture development for new Product and improve the productivity.
BPP & OEE implementation in Regrinding.
Maintain HSE(safety), 5S & discipline within department.
Update PCC of all m/cs and carry out preventive maintenance as per plan.
Required education, experience, knowledge
University Degree / diploma / ITI
Minimum 1+ years experience of CNC cutting tool grinding machine.
Knowledge about different type of shank tools and gear cutting tools regrinding.
Independent handling of CNC grinding machine.
