- Sourcing relevant profiles according to the JD on the clients requirement thru Job portals, references and headhunting.
- Providing complete and accurate information to candidate of the client company & position.
- Taking the necessary details from candidate (total & relevant experience, current & expected CTC, notice period and other related information).
- Formatting the candidate profile and putting all the details of the candidate before sending the profile to the concern client coordinator for further processing to client.
- Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidate and follow up with the candidate for attending the interview.
- Follow-up with the selected candidate till joining.
- Keeping a follow up with the joined candidate till he/she completes 3 months.
Preparing the Daily Activity report and sending it to seniors every day.
