Marketing Head (Pan India) – IT & Marketing Executive

We are seeking to identify a Sales Strategy and Marketing Head he will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the company’s market position. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibility :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Implement robust sales forecasting processes and tools analyse sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular Sales reviews and provide reports to Leadership Team on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives, including product management, enablement, and sales.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media initiatives to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Build and implement a robust sales enablement program to empower the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed for effective selling.
  • Work closely with Sales team to understand challenges and provide solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and review the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and optimize performance through creative experimentation.

 

Require

  • MBA with marketing specialization preferred
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience, focused on solving marketing challenges. Experience with a startup/product management. Product like AutoCadd/ DMS etc
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure with limited resources.
  • Ability to explain the business and technical value of a technical offering to an audience mix of technical and non-technical customer representatives.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors.

Education: Any Graduate with MBA from Reputed Institute
Experience: 2 year 5 to 12
