Java Tech Support Analyst

Technical Support Analyst required for L1/L2 support

Technical Stack:
• 5+ years of in-depth knowledge in core Java, spring and Hibernate
• Should have sound knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
• More than 5+ years’ experience on Oracle 12C ,MSSQL 2012 and Postgres.
• Excellent PLSQL skills, must have sound knowledge of writing Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions, Indexes (Minimum 4+ years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good to have knowledge of AWS and Microservices

Roles and Responsibilities:
Should be able to analyze and resolve technical and application problems
The candidate will be responsible for
• Debugging and performing RCA(root cause analysis)
• Developing java/talend/plsql based utilities to fix the issues
Communicate the RCA and resolution to client
