- Business development/collaboration with the healthcare fraternity: hospitals, labs, clinics, diagnostics centres, nursing homes, home healthcare etc.
- Alignment & maintaining records of students across centres for OJT/internships & final placements.
- Relationship Management with existing/past clients – data share, feedback & workbook maintenance.
- To arrange for interview facilities at the campus either of company or college (campus placements).
- To Coordinate with the companies as well as students for appointment letters. Maintain records at the college for the same
- Developing the B2B vertical as a revenue driver
- Paid internships for students
- Placement revenue model with clients/companies
- Upskilling, cross skilling & RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) short-term courses training opportunities for existing paramedics & doctors
- SOP preparation for the B2B vertical: OJT, Placements, upskilling vertical.
- Build career progressions charts, opportunities, designations & salary output.
- Taking Job ready sessions.
- Participate in job fairs (domestic & international)
Technical skills and job Competencies
- MS Office expertise.
- B2B Sales
- Relationship Management.
Experience
2 + years’ experience in B2B Sales in Healthcare/ Education.
Experience in Placements would be an added advantage
